Hi, I'm Maya La Frenais, the owner and designer behind The Hatter's Touch. I am a small, home business owner based in South Brisbane Australia that's all about creating unique, handmade accessories. Every piece I make is sewn with care and attention to detail, ensuring that each item has its own special touch.

At The Hatter's Touch, I offer a range of never before seen handmade accessories. From stylish Kindle sleeves and trendy scrunchies to adorable baby bonnets with ears, we have something for everyone.

Sewing isn't just a job for me, it's my passion, on top of being a mum of 2 beautiful boys. I love the creativity and satisfaction that comes from bringing an idea to life. And it's a joy to share this passion with my 6-year-old son, who's also developed a keen interest in sewing! I'm committed to creating accessories that are both beautiful and sustainable. I aim to source most of our products sustainably. I make our models using recycled cardboard and source local buttons, trims and fabric from op shops, helping to reduce landfill. I also use 100% bamboo batting, a natural and eco-friendly material.
